This website is operated by Ficus Capital Securities ("we", "us"), a proprietary trading business based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We trade only our own capital and do not offer services to the public.

What we collect

We do not ask you to fill in any forms, create an account or share personal details to use this website.

• If you email us at info@ficuscapitalsecurities.com, we receive your email address, name (if you include it) and whatever you write, including any attachments such as a CV.
• Technical data: when any website is visited, the visitor's browser shares technical details such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider processes this briefly to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• All fonts, images and code are served from our own website, so your visit is not shared with font, analytics or advertising companies.

Why we use your data

• To read and reply to your email, including enquiries about careers or partnerships.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us.

By emailing us, you agree to us using the information you send for the purpose of your message. You can withdraw this at any time by writing to us.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and routes email sent to our address. It may process technical data outside India in line with its own privacy commitments.
• Microsoft Corporation provides the inbox where emails sent to us are received.

Your preference setting

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved only in your own browser (not as a cookie, and never sent to us). You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

How long we keep data

We keep emails only for as long as needed to respond and for any period the law requires. Job applications are deleted when they are no longer relevant, unless you ask us to keep them on file.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
